No, but each underage bandmember will have their parent/legal guardian with them the whole time that bandmember/s is at the venue. All names of underage bandmembers and parents/legal guardian must be emailed to amir@heartsofdarkness.com.au 72 hours before the gig.

Do any of your bandmembers have any access needs to perform

for example "no strobing lights", "need wheelchair access", etc. if you have none please type "n/a"

Could you please provide some info about your live set/project?

A little bit about your influences or how you are comfortable describing your sound would be great! This can be genres, gear specifics, moods, feels, or other descriptive words -- this is for us to include in the Facebook event copy and Instagram posts (we might edit/rewrite what you provide to fit)

Can you please provide one or two preferred links to any material online that is relevant to this set that you'd like us to include in our social media posts?

Set lengths for this gig is ideally 25-30 mins max, with a max 20 min changeover. What is your expected set length? How much time do you require to setup / changeover?

Do you need any backline? If so, what do you need? What backline are able to bring and share?

What is your setup like? Do you have any notes for the venue's sound tech? If you have a stageplot, please provide a link or upload at the end of the form

I.e. you need an extra mic stand, you need X amount of DIs, you want red lighting only, etc... if you have no extra notes type in "none"

To perform, do any bandmembers need a table for their gear?

We can provide one 1m x 0.5m table if so. There are larger tables available at The Bird but we need to assess what the other acts need too in case we need to juggle setups.

The Bird has a projector and screen setup at the back of stage. If you have your own visuals that you would like to display on the projector, pls bring as an MP4 file on a USB drive (have a copy in the cloud as a backup if possible, like in Dropbox or Google Drive)
